Billing

Plans, invoicing and payment methods.

Acadence bills per user, monthly. School-wide plans are handled separately — get in touch below.

Plans

  • Free — sign in and you're on it. Every shipping tool is usable, subject to reasonable rate limits. Your settings and pinned tools sync to your account.
  • Pro — a monthly subscription for individual staff. Unlocks anything we ship behind the paid tier (premium tools and higher rate limits as we add them), and gets priority support.
  • School — Pro for your whole staff on one invoice, billed by agreement. Email eng.saifkhan2003@gmail.com to arrange this; it's handled manually today.

Payment methods

Card payments run through Stripe via our billing provider. Cards are charged on the same day each month from first subscription. You'll get a receipt by email every time we charge.

School plans can be billed by invoice (net 30) on request.

Managing your subscription

Open the account menu (avatar in the sidebar on desktop, top-right on mobile) → Manage subscription. From there you can:

  • Switch plans
  • Update card details
  • Download past invoices
  • Cancel (you keep access until the end of the current billing period)

Refunds

If something went wrong, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll sort it. We don't make cancellation hard.

Prices

UK only at launch (GBP). EUR, USD and AUD coming once multi-currency support lands on our side.
